The most prestigious varietal produced here is Amarone, a rich wine made from partially dried grapes. On this tour, you'll first meet a local winemaker who'll guide you through the cellars and help you familiarize yourself with the wines produced in the area. After that, you'll visit a family-run winery to see the vineyards, learn about the drying process, and taste more varietals.
