It's a relaxing and flavorful journey into the culinary soul of Nice, guided by locals who live and cook to the rhythm of their neighborhood.
The tour begins with a visit to the nearby Liberation Market, the city's largest, where farmers, fishmongers, and butchers sell their freshest seasonal produce.
Together with your guide, you'll browse the colorful stalls, selecting the finest local products and choosing fresh fish or meat for your meal, just like a true Niçois.
After 1.5 hours, we'll board the tram and head to the chef's meeting.

​Under the guidance of your chef, you'll prepare a seasonal Niçoise lunch using ingredients you've selected at the market. After a couple of enjoyable hours in the kitchen, you'll sit down together to savor the fruits of your labor, accompanied by a glass of chilled rosé, or perhaps a local red or white wine.
