Immerse yourself in the flavors of Northern Italy with a traditional Italian cooking class in the picturesque lakeside town of Cernobbio. This hands-on experience takes you on a journey through local cuisine, using seasonal ingredients and time-honored recipes passed down through generations.

Begin with a welcome tasting featuring bruschetta topped with cherry tomatoes and creamy burrata, a selection of local cheeses, and a platter of fine cold cuts — a delicious introduction to the culinary traditions of the Lake Como region.

The heart of the class is fresh pasta making. Learn how to prepare and shape various pasta types such as fettuccine, tagliatelle, pappardelle, and strozzapreti. You’ll then enjoy your creations served with a classic tomato and basil sauce, topped with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

To finish, choose one of three traditional Italian desserts: a rich Caprese cake made with dark chocolate and almonds, a rustic fruit-and-bread La Miascia from Lake Como, or the classic Tiramisù with mascarpone and coffee.

The experience is paired with carefully selected local wines — red, white, or sparkling Franciacorta or Oltrepò Pavese — along with still water and Italian espresso. A true taste of Italy in an unforgettable setting.
