Cooking Class in Pienza with Farm Tour

Farm-to-Table Delights: A Taste of Italian Cuisine and Stories from Podere Il Casale

Step into the world of Italian cuisine and prepare a complete menu with local recipes.

Italian cooking starts with great ingredients, and here you begin at the source. Pick some of them straight from the farm grounds, then roll up your sleeves to knead and stir. Every ingredient used in the class is produced by the farm itself.

As you cook, the Chef shares stories from life on the farm, some notions of organic farming and the experience gained at Podere il Casale over the past twenty years.

At the end, taste the fruit of your work together with the cheeses produced in the farm’s dairy.

A hands-on cooking experience that brings you closer to the ingredients, the farm and the flavours of Italian cuisine.
