Farm Tour with Dinner

Immersive Agrarian Experience for Families: From Farm and Dairy to Palate

Bring the whole family to discover a working farm in the Orcia Valley, where children will have fun meeting the animals and everyone can see for themselves what peasant life looks like today.

Begin with a guided tour of the farm, from the barn to the dairy. Meet the animals, from donkeys to sheep, along with the pigs, chickens, dogs and cats, and find out what role each one plays on the farm. The real stars are the sheep and goats, whose milk is used to make the farm’s organic raw milk cheeses, and who graze freely on the hills around the farm.

Then follow the cheesemaker to the dairy and hear about how raw milk cheeses are made, from the stable to fermentation and aging.

Then it’s time to sit down and enjoy local flavors for dinner. From the stable to the table, this is an experience the whole family can enjoy together.
