During the class, discover the secrets of classic Sicilian cuisine while preparing a selection of traditional recipes using fresh local ingredients. Guided step by step through the cooking process, you will create two appetizers, a handmade pasta dish with its sauce, and a typical Sicilian dessert inspired by regional culinary traditions.

The experience also includes a visit to the winery and surrounding vineyards, where you’ll learn about the history of wine production on the slopes of Etna and the unique characteristics of volcanic terroir. At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the dishes you prepared during a leisurely lunch paired with four labels produced by the winery, offering a complete introduction to the flavors and winemaking heritage of Sicily.
