After the market visit, you head into the kitchen for an interactive cooking class focused on traditional Sicilian specialties. You prepare dishes such as ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers, a colorful selection of sautéed vegetables including peppers, eggplant, and zucchini caponata, and stuffed artichokes made with Chef Massimo’s secret family recipe.
